This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or use of the www.collectionsbazar.in website.

Introduction

The Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on our site set out the terms on which Heritage Store (operating as Vikas Heritage Collections) offers you access to and use of our sites, services, applications, and tools (collectively, “Services”). All policies, the Mobile Devices Terms, and the Privacy Policy are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all of the above when accessing or using our Services.

Your use of www.collectionsbazar.in (hereinafter the “Website”) and its related sites, services, and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website.

Definitions

For the purpose of this User Agreement, “Registered User” and, wherever the context requires, “You” means any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering as a Registered User using the computer systems of the Website, who has accepted this electronic version / electronic record of the User Agreement, and who has been allocated a unique identification user name (“User ID” and “Password”) to become a Registered User.

Acceptance of agreement

As a Registered User, this User Agreement is effective and binding upon your “acceptance.” Acceptance means your affirmative action in clicking the check box beside “I Agree to the Terms & Conditions” and on “Complete Registration” on the registration page.

If you do not agree, or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Heritage Store rules and policies, please do not click the check box or the “Complete Registration” button, and do not seek to obtain access to or otherwise use the Website.

Amendments

Heritage Store may amend this User Agreement or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised version is effective immediately upon posting. You are advised to regularly check for amendments or updates to the terms in this User Agreement and in the Heritage Store Privacy Policy, and to seek necessary legal counsel if required.

By impliedly or expressly accepting this User Agreement, you also accept and agree to be bound by Heritage Store policies as provided from time to time, including:
