Return / refund

Heritage Store is an online marketplace for buyers interested in heritage items. None of the products are manufactured by us — all items offered are genuine collectibles sourced for listing on our platform.

Refund / returns is a scheme provided in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund may be offered to buyers. All items listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Heritage Store accepts returns in case the product is not as per the description. Buyers may return items in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since purchase, a refund or exchange may not be offered.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine the item and notify the buyer via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the buyer is entitled to a return or exchange. If entitled to a return, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price; a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer’s original method of payment where applicable.

Heritage Store asks that the buyer should not use the item(s) and should preserve their original condition, tags, and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs while returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation

An action to purchase, once undertaken, cannot be withdrawn. Purchases cannot be cancelled. By purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description, so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of the User Agreement or unlawful.
